My little babies

It seems this last week that the seedlings have really started to grow some truely impressive root systems which makes me a happy gardener. I had to buy the bog standard dirt for the latest transplants from starters to pots but they adapted well to it. Only lost three but that wasn't shocking as they looked rather weak to start. I decided to toss a couple more seeds in the germination box just to make up the difference. They'll be a week or so behind the rest but it allows me some wiggle room.

Oh and my carrots have poked through today!

Week 3.5

Week 3

The lovely herbs have started coming up, they were planted just last week - I can see some raddish coming up too mmmmmm *shifty eyes* anyways the beans took off like there was no tomorrow! Growing at an inch a day now.

Week 2

A few seedlings grew a bit to a head of themselves and had to be transplanted in order to allow them to grow a bit more freely. The pumpkins were the leaders of the pack on this one followed by the sugar snap peas!

Eek!

I know, I know..I'm horrid but to be honest I've had a busy few weeks with going back to the gym 4 to 5 days a week to keeping up with the seedlings. In my efforts to obtain forgiveness, I come with many photos! Above are the first two to five days of the seedlings new take on life not much but still very exciting!
